DEA Chapter 35 — Dependents' Education Assistance

- Provides up to 36 months of education benefits
- Monthly allowance is a flat rate (doesn't vary by location like Post-9/11 GI Bill)
- Spouses must use benefits within 10 years of P&T finding or 20 years of veteran's death
- Children must use benefits between ages 18 and 26
